Job Title: Content Writer – Digital Media (Instagram & Reels)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Writer who can ideate, write, and support execution of engaging content for Instagram posts, captions, and Reels scripts. This role is ideal for someone who understands audience psychology and can turn real estate concepts into compelling digital stories.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging Instagram captions, post content, and carousel ideas

Write Reels scripts (hooks, storytelling, call-to-actions)

Research and identify trending topics, formats, and viral content ideas

Collaborate with design and video teams for execution

Develop content calendars aligned with marketing goals

Write content that drives engagement, leads, and brand awareness

Adapt tone based on target audience (buyers, investors, first-time home seekers)

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in content writing / social media content

Strong understanding of Instagram trends and Reels formats

Ability to write short-form, high-impact content

Basic understanding of real estate industry is a plus

Creative thinking with attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
